Erica Lee
she/herErica is a "cultural auntie" who is aligned with methods of building peaceful societies. Her work as a visionary justice keeper and elder sister highlights the relationship between systems design, the movement of movements, and social impact entrepreneurship. Erica has served as recovery coach, mindfulness teacher, holistic health educator, restorative justice practitioner, and community organizer. Her work centers institutional accountability and social justice capacity building through strategy development and restorative justice. She has partnered with technical colleges, social justice advocates, and public institutions to help them ‘read the tea leaves’ during seasons of change. Erica serves to help navigate groups through bottlenecks, allowing for dynamics and organizational missions to better thrive. Her work has been informed by essential characters in her life such as her grandmother, family, beloved mentors, and friends, as well as by defining chapters, such as being diagnosed with an autoimmune condition at a young age and working in her family restaurant that served as an influential hub of commerce and collectivity.
