Becky Hoffman

Becky is a strategist, facilitator, and organizational development coach with more than 20 years of experience helping nonprofits, public agencies, and cross-sector partnerships navigate growth, change, and impact. Grounded in a commitment to social and economic mobility for all, her work focuses on strategic planning, governance, leadership transitions, facilitation, and systems change. Drawing on her experience as a nonprofit CEO, interim leader, and strategic advisor, Becky helps organizations align strategy, people, and operations to achieve meaningful results. She is known for blending the art and science of social impact work, building trust across diverse stakeholders, navigating complexity, and translating ambitious ideas into practical action. Becky holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Iowa, and her approach integrates Results Count®, Lean Continuous Improvement, and Collective Impact frameworks to strengthen organizational effectiveness, advance strategic priorities, and achieve measurable outcomes. She partners with leaders to build the clarity, alignment, and capacity needed to address complex challenges and create lasting impact.

Becky lives in Colorado with her husband, two teenagers, and two cats. Outside of work, you'll find her hiking in forests, exploring libraries, trying to garden, or planning the next adventure.
