Point b(e) Strategies envisions a world in which resources, wealth and power are accessed and held equitably, and individuals and communities have what they need.

We are doing our part to build this world by supporting you – our clients – in the work you do to create spaces with more equity, inclusion and belonging for individuals, families and communities.

With an equity and justice-focused lens, Point b(e) Strategies skillfully listens to and respects our clients as partners in the social change and public sector.

Our Catalysts embody a deep commitment to social change and draw on their extensive content and sector expertise to address the full complexities of the challenges you face.

We do what we do because, in the words of Winona LaDuke, an amazing environmentalist, economist, writer and advocate:

We believe that systems change work is complex and complicated – and that the people who take on this disruptive work are brilliant, driven and compassionate.

We also believe that sometimes even the most brilliant people could benefit from outside counsel! You are experts in your work and why it matters; your community members are experts in their experiences – and we believe that we are experts in organizational development, capacity building, and in the design and implementation of processes that will help get you through stuck points or to new levels of clarity in your work.

We bring a lot of joy to our work. We acknowledge the heaviness of social sector work, and we celebrate that joy can coexist with heaviness.      

We believe that the current system was built brick-by-brick and that it will need to be dismantled in the same way. We celebrate incremental change, while remaining laser-focused on the long-term vision of large, disruptive systems change.
