Ellie Canter

MA, she/her

Ellie has 14 years of experience in the social change sector focused on community engagement, partnership-building and cross-sector collaboration. Her present and prior work has been shaped by a passion for expanding equitable opportunities for youth, families and communities. At Point b(e) Strategies, Ellie’s work is grounded by her background in group facilitation, strategic partnership building and equity-forward practices in research and evaluation. She brings her understanding of narrative change to communicate organizational impact to a larger audience and her background in research to extract the underpinnings of concepts to inform the direction of client work. 

Ellie holds a Master of Arts in education policy and leadership studies from the University of Washington’s College of Education and a Bachelor of Arts in English and French literature from the University of Virginia. 

Ellie lives in Denver, Colorado, with her husband and their two children who keep them busy and entertained by their exploration of the world.
