Chief Strategy Officer & Director of Strategic Planing, she/her

With more than 14 years of experience in the social sector, Meghan has dedicated her career to supporting organizations working toward transformative social change, equity and justice. Meghan’s background spans roles in nonprofit operations and finance, fund development, strategic planning, government and foundation grantwriting, and program evaluation. Since joining Point b(e) Strategies in 2018, Meghan has worked hand-in-hand with her clients to support their grants strategy, organizational development and strategic planning efforts. A warm and thoughtful facilitator and skilled writer and strategist, she has secured over $11 million in grant funding for her grants clients and helped numerous organizations gain clarity around their communities’ needs, their unique visions and identities, and their pathways toward meaningful and sustainable impact. Across all areas of her work, Meghan believes deeply in the principles and practices of human-centered design, recognizing that organizations can serve their communities better when their communities’ voices and lived experiences are intentionally centered and woven into organizational planning and programming. 

Meghan holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Virginia Tech and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Colorado Denver. 

She lives in Lyons, Colorado, with her husband and intrepid rescue kitten, where she has dreams of building a garden, homestead and creative workshop as they settle into rural mountain life.
