Melanie Tsuchida

Melanie is passionate about working alongside nonprofits to Melanie has over 10 years of experience supporting nonprofits through evaluation and learning, program design, and program management. Melanie is passionate about centering the community’s voice within decision-making and has extensive experience in leading authentic stakeholder engagement efforts and evaluations across various topics and populations. Through this work, Melanie has helped organizations articulate their outcomes, understand their impact, improve programs and answer their big questions grounded in the feedback from and experiences of their communities. Melanie is skilled in developing and implementing mixed-methods evaluations and stakeholder engagement processes. 

Melanie holds a Bachelor of Arts in journalism and mass communications with a minor in nonprofit organizational studies from the University of Oklahoma. 

When not working, you can find Melanie spending time with her daughter, enjoying adventures in the mountains, or attempting a DIY project.
